ReplyDeleteBecause you are only required to submit a photocopy document, it needs to be certified that it is from your original document, that is why it needs to be notarized. But, if your document has a seal/mark that it is from original document, I think no need for it to be notarized.

Deleteit is okay if I'll make my own document of omnibus certification of authenticity and veracity of documents and notarize it at City Hall?

To Anonymous: The school can provide you the form for Omnibus certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents. In my case before, I made my own document but the school did not accept it. You can fill-up the form during the submission of your documents. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI am a teacher and I find it hard to apply in public school here in Manila because they are asking me if i am a registered voters here. sinceI was registered in our province they did not accept me...what must i do because i am willing to work in public here most specially in paranaque..
ReplyDeleteCguro po you need to go to COMELEC and register for change of locality from your province to Paranaque but be sure that you stayed in that area you are right now for atleast 6 months..... before they can allow you to change the status of your residency.
DeleteIf you are a resident in Parañaque for at least 6 months, all you need to do is to go to COMELEC Office and apply for a transfer of registration. Just bring any valid Id with picture. Good luck!

ReplyDeleteI think you don't have to wait your voter's ID. As long as you are registered, you can go to Comelec and ask for Certified copy of your voter's ID. Even until now I don't have my voter's ID, but when I went to Comelec and asked for this document, they provided it without asking my vote'r ID. This is just based on my experience. I hope it will help.
ReplyDeleteoh really? thank u it really helped me but can i ask again you said in one of your comment here that smeone nid to go to comelec for transfer of registration is it still applicable even if the comelec close the registration last october 2012?

ReplyDeleteYou can't, because one of the requirements is Certified copy of the voter's ID. The school will not accept your application if you lack the required documents.

A worst scenario was most of the applicants were disqualified in our division because of the requirement " Clearance from the previous employer". The selection was done in January and most of the contract ends on April... WEIRD rule..

Do I have a chance to apply in public schools? Though I've been teaching in a private school for about two years (2007-2009). I stopped teaching but now I want to teach again.

ReplyDeletei am 45 years old . i passed the pbet year 1992. i dont have teaching experience because i was hired in private company after my college graduation. i got an early retirement last 2011. i am planning to apply for public school teacher . may age limit ba sa deped and need ba na take ako ng referesher course?
ReplyDeleteSorry if I wasn't able to reply all the comments. Anyways, as long as you're a licensed teacher and has a valid requirements, pwede po kayo mag apply.
ReplyDeleteI am not so sure about age limit, but a friend of mine was able to apply in DepEd at the age of 41 so I think there is no rule that prohibits the older applicants in applying for public school teacher.
may medical requirement po b? i was diagnosed with inactive tb.. medication for 2m0nths. dont have cough or anythng. n0t contagious either. pwd p dn kya sa public to teach? thanks a lott
ReplyDeleteHi, regarding the Clearance from previous employer will they really need it upon application?what if im currently employed and i dont want to risk to let go of it until i have a confirmation that they will hire me and thats the time that i will resign from my job?will they take it into consideration?just dont want to compromise my current job for nothing at all..BY THE WAY THIS THREAD IS REALLY OF BIG HELP!THANKS FOR HAVING THIS!!
